Mother Wit Writing and Design was founded in 1983, but I have worked as a graphic designer since 1975. Among other accomplishments, my creative studio has won the West Virginia Communicators' Best of Show award and several First Place awards from the National Federation of Press Women. The logo for Fortissimo Piano Studio is meant to embody the grace and beauty of keyboard music made, and taught, by a professional pianist with many years of experience.

This women’s choir has entertained audiences in Charleston, West Virginia for 20+ years, and has also performed throughout the United States and internationally, most recently on a concert tour to Croatia.

Water Gap Retreat is a small, friendly campground for tents and RV camping near Elkins, West Virginia.

West Virginia B&B association

Members in this association, with bed and breakfast inns located throughout West Virginia, are dedicated to the highest standards in hospitality and comfort.

LAOTONG YOGA

Sue Julian and Barbara Steinke, the founders of Laotong Yoga, have brought the healing power of yoga to incarcerated women and men in several West Virginia prisons. Their work is universally praised by inmates, staff, and administrators.
